Hypnotherapy for Vaginismus 

Vaginismus is where the vagina involuntarily tightens just before sex. The mind creates this psychosexual problem. Hypnotherapy helps to reverse the fear of it happening, instead your subconscious is re-programmed to feel relaxed and calm as penetration is attempted. This allows for the vaginal opening and deeper internal vaginal muscles to relax and release, allowing penetration and intercourse to be comfortable and pleasurable. By re-writing the negative mental associations with sex, and installing positive hypnotic suggestions instead, sexual pleasure can be achievable once more. Any physical interventions will not help vaginismus because its underlying cause is completely psychological, this is why hypnosis is very effectively.
