Sleep problems are often maintained by subconscious patterns such as worry, anticipation, frustration or overthinking around sleep itself. Using clinical hypnosis, we work to change these patterns, helping you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep for longer and enjoy deeper, more restorative sleep.
Sessions are delivered using the Surtees Method, a framework developed by Aaron Surtees that focuses on identifying and changing the subconscious patterns that influence thoughts, emotions and behaviours. The approach has been refined through more than 25 years of clinical practice.
