After graduating in psychology from the University of Plymouth, I later qualified with distinction in Occupation Psychology from the University of Cardiff.

After successfully helping a range of clients as a psychologist, I then trained to the highest level in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with leading UK hypnotherapists at Elestial Training. I am a fully accredited member of the CTHA (Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis Association).

I am a fully qualified and registered therapist and a founder member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and as such I adhere to their strict codes of professional best practice.

I now run Bristol's leading hypnotherapy centre which enjoys success rates of over 90% across all treatment categories.
